3. Shipping Charges for Returns:
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the damaged or defective item to our facility.
* The return shipping charges are non-refundable.
* We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Order Cancellation Policy:
An order is considered under delivery/active the moment it is successfully placed on our website or confirmed through a personal message (e.g., social media or chat).
* Cancellation Fee: If you choose to cancel an order after it has been placed, you will be liable to pay the full delivery fee associated with the order to cover our immediate processing and logistics costs. The remaining amount of your order (product cost) will be refunded.
* Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
